I'm Tired of This

GEORGE

Well, after painting one color, Mom decided it didn't look anything like the color on the sample chart and needed to be changed!! I told her everycat's color suggestions, which ranged from white to black and everything in between, but she picked a color that's in the marbling of the tile. She wanted to stay "neutral" so she can add color with towels, rugs and other decorations.

I'm the one who drew snoopervising duty today but, as you can see, I'm really tired. You know Mom, this project has been dragging on way too long and it's interfering with my nap time. I really want this bathroom to be done! When will we be finished?

MOM

Soon, George. Very soon.

maybe you could keep the dark color and feather (using your tails) over it in a very light tone or do that washing kind of technique (rub your tummies on the walls, maybe a few paw prints).

Well at least it looks close. I still have much snoopervising to do for the coats of paint on the outside of the closet.

Painting is a very, very hard job. I like the color that I can see on the wall right now.

Snoopervising is much harder than painting. Maybe your mom could just put a bunch of colors our and let all four of you dip your paws in and make footie marks on the walls! That would be very pretty don't you think?

We dont care about our wall colors too much. But The Big Thing says to menshun he tried a trick. He chose a color as bad as he would accept in one direction and in the ofer direction, then bought the one in between... And live wif it!

We dont hear him complainin, so it musta werked...
