I'm Recommending This

GEORGE

While flipping channels this weekend, an interesting new program caught our attention. It's on Animal Planet Saturday and Sunday mornings and it's called Housecat Housecalls. All I can say is, FINALLY!!! It's about time someone is doing a reality show about us cats!! There are all kinds of shows about dogs...whisperers, breeders, groomers...as well as shows about every other kind of animal you could ever hope to meet, but until now we had no one to speak for us house cats. Hey television people...WHAT TOOK YOU SO LONG?! Don't you know cats are the #1 companion animal in America?!

On this new show Dr. Katrina Warren, an Australian veterinarian, comes to the cat's home at the request of the family and will suggest ways to solve the cat's social issues. Examples are a cat's excessive grooming since losing his long-time cat companion, a cat being chased by a out-of-control toddler and a cat with a too-close bond with his human dad.

The show is looking for cats & families that want to share their problem and have Dr. Katrina visit them and give advice.

They ask: "Does your cat demand your undivided attention? Keep you up at night with her nocturnal shenanigans? Rule your house like a diva?" (Well duh... don't we all do that?!)

Submit videos or photos of your unique and quirky feline to share with other cat lovers here on the "Join the Fun" page. Who knows, your story might even be selected for an actual Housecat Housecall™ and aired as part of a future episode."

Go to http://www.housecathousecall.com to learn more about this show for and about US.

We'll be watching and, who knows, maybe we'll see you!!!

Yeah we saw that over the summer. Everything seem to be cured by more toys and a huge cat condo.

We like that show too! It's fun seeing the different cats and how the Dr. solves the problems. It usually is always the people that need to change something they are doing--the cats are great!
