A Generous Donation

GEORGE

Dad was complaining that he's getting bald. See? Poor guy.

I have plenty of fur. So much that Mom's always complaining about all the cat hair she has to vacuum up. In my defense Mom, you know it's not ALL mine!!

Anyway, since Dad & I both have the same color hair (mostly white with some gray), I decided to donate some of mine from my Shed Ender sessions and make a small hairpiece for Dad.

I've seen television commercials that say more hair helps a guy look younger and boosts his self confidence and I want to help Dad feel good about himself. But of course, we want his hairpiece to look completely natural so no one will guess he's wearing my fur, so I think we should start out with a small amount.

OK, go ahead and put some up there, Mom.

Hmmmm...I can still see his bald spot. I don't think that's enough.

Add just a little bit more, Mom.

There!! That looks good.

What do you think, everyone...does it look completely natural?

It's not too much, is it?

MOM

Thanks to Dad for being a good sport about this!

Purrfect, George! Hey, since you and I have the same color furs, I could spare some out of my baggy of furs Mom has combed out of me that can be added if you spot more bald spots. hahaha!

That's an excellent idea. Our food dude is rather lacking in hair as well and I'm sure we could make a lovely hair piece for him. Maybe for Christmas!

Oh this did make us laugh! Our Dad is losing it too (big time) and we have offered to sit on his head when he goes out - dual purpose, wig and hat! That's a very good colour match George!

That's very nice of you, your fur is a good match and dad really is a good sport about it too! I doubt if Gerard would accept any fur from our cats to cover his bald spot. I can't see him doing this, especially not for the whole world to see.

George, I see a whole new business venture in your future!

I've seen much worse "rugs" on People mens.

Rupert
