Litter, Litter Everywhere
GEORGE
OK, this is just too perfect to not talk about, don't you agree!?
Mom is constantly complaining about our litter that's tracked all over the house. We have two litter mats, one outside each box that catch a lot of it, but we still manage to get litter far, far away from the litterbox. Sometimes she even finds it in the big bed...under the sheets! (OK, I'll admit it...that's from me.)
Well Mom, what can I say? It comes with the territory. Aren't we more important than stepping on litter with your bare feet, finding it even after you vacuum or laying on it in bed?
You'd think after having cats all your life, you'd have learned to live with it!

Just tell the humans it's a skill to get it everywhere!!
Hey, what's a little litter between friends?
Yeah, we get that complaint all the time too...
Our mum doesn't have this probelm as we have an area of the garden we like the poop and pee in.
It's just to remind the humans ALL the time that we are around. As if the meowing for meals and treats doesn't do that.
We track a bit of litter around, but not too much. We're more apt to track in dirt and mulch from our tiny, enclosed garden!
It is still hard to deal with, no matter how much we love you felines!
i would have thought so too!
Great topic! We leave litter in the beds too! We thinks its funny, the beans don't though. They have NO sense of humor!
We leave litter all over, too. Mama just brushes it off and moves on!
WE leave litter all over too. It's our little way of saying "Hi"! hee hee!

Gee, same complaint heard in our house, but mewmie does love these litter mats...instead of having to shake out mats or bathmats outside, you just pour the litter collected back into the box--easy and saves time!
The website is down and I checked a few distributers and they are out of stock, but I'd check back every so often to see when they become available again

Eh, only dad complains about it being in da bed...when he steps on it in da hall and complains mom first sez "litter happens" den she points out dat da vacuum is right der, three feet away.
Mom was laughing about litter in the bed. She has a book case head board and she is always finding litter on it!
mom just vacuuuuumes a lot. She finds it in her shooz. I think she tracks it, not me :-P
bonkies
Mom keeps wondering how I get it in the front of the house.
We think our beans are slow learners and don't like change, heehee

We get it everywhere, too. Sucks to be the people who have to clean it up, eh?
My mom complains too yet I don't listen.
I like to spread my spare litters around the house too. Everyone should have some, I think. Mum and dad do not agree.
It's just our secret plot to turn the world into one giant litterbox. (That would save us so much precious napping time)
Oh, I KNOW about this...sometimes I don't dig a proper hole in the the litter and I, well, I get my toes wet. Yep. Then, when I jump out of the litter box, I shake my toes and litter goes EVERYWHERE. AND! And I leave a trail of pawprints on the floor. MOM HATES THIS!! She now is constantly asking me if I have pee-pee toes. PEE-PEE TOES??? Yuck. She gets very upset when I have them because I tend to run as far and as fast as possible which means I leave lots of marks on the clay tile floor. Oops. I don't mean to!! Maybe mom should get one of those mats you guys have...do they work? We also sometimes bring litter into the bed. It just shows that we love our Mom. Right? Right. Take care and here's lots of purrs, Lautrec (Weezdabadcats)
