A Feather Lesson From Misty
MISTY
I've been taking flying feather lessons from Max and I think I've learned a lot.
If you want to learn too, watch me and do as I'm doing. Eye/paw coordination is very important, so you kittens may have a hard time with this at first.
Keeping your head still and just moving your eyes, you watch, watch, watch...take a few trials swats...wait for it, wait, wait, then lunge forward and GRAB!!
See? Here I'm demonstrating the two-pawed catch and bite maneuver.

Excellent lesson! Thank you, Misty.
Excellent form, Misty! We think the next time the CB has Cat-O-Lympics, you can enter in this category--a gold medal for sure!
That's really great Misty, because ::whispers:: I'm the worst one in my family at chasing feathers!
I'm going to watch you and learn!
You're a pro! Thanx for the tips!

Great lesson!
Impressive. We are unsubtle in that we just do grab/bite/kill. Mebbe there is more to it than we thought.
That looks like FUN!!! You teach me the BESTEST things Misty! Thank you for being my friend! I wonder if we has flying fev-vers in the toy box the Lady Person won't let me climb in?
I finally posted my award too!

We have a toy just like that! We drag it around the house and mewmie chases us. She worries we'll get tangled in it, so she put it away til it's playtime again

Feathers do things to me...
