GEORGE
Things at our house are usually dull and boring. Hardly anything exciting happens around here, 'cept if one of our human sister's dogs does something bad when they're visiting. Like yesterday when Mom found a puddle and a pile and shouted some bad words!
But last week, that all changed. I know you're thinking "Well what happened, George? Don't keep us in suspense!"
What happened are THESE!!
These are my human brother's cats and they're staying here for a while. Cricket is 13, like me, and she's the stripey grey with white one. Tiger is 13 too, and she's...well, she's the tabby tiger one and Orangino aka Gino is about 2 and he's the handsome orange ginger boy. They're living in my human sister's old bedroom so I haven't met any of them personally, but I've sniffed them under the door.
Mom sees them several times a day and says that, after a few days of adjustment, they're doing fine. They're not hiding any more and since the level of food in the bowl is dropping and the level of what's in the litterbox is increasing, she knows they're eating OK.
We don't know how long they'll live here, but if it turns out to be a long term stay, Mom might decide to introduce them, one at a time, to us Crew members. If that happens, of course I'll have to take Gino under my wing, so to speak. After all, the poor guy's been living with 2 spinster sisters and hasn't had the benefit of an older, experienced Mancat to teach him what he needs to know!
