I get my food in sachets now because it keeps fresher now there is only me to eat it. I can recognise the sound of the top being torn off though.
We only have the pop tops and have had those for years. Some of us might even be too young to remember anything else! But you know what? We STILL come running if the can opener comes out of hiding!!
Yep. But we remember the can opener...
WE can hear Mom pull a pop top ring all over the house. What amazes her that we can also heat her tear open a foil pack of tuna or salmon!
I honestly don't think I've ever seen a can opener in my lifetime - and I am eleven!
