There have been so many really great words we've learned since we started blogging 6 months ago. It's hard to choose only 5 so we'll just say our favorite ones, in no particular order.
Beans - humans, also called my staff, servants, Mom/Dad, & pets - referring to those who care for our needs
Niptinis, Meowgaritas & Bloody Mousies - self explanatory, but non-alcoholic we think
Squillions - (we LOVE that one) any amount more than you can count
Stinky Goodness - something we never get in this house! Mom, what is your problem with this?
Foofy/floofy - can be used to describe luxurious tummy fur or a really elegant tail
We are one intelligent catblogging group aren't we, to invent such fine words? My fellow felines, let's give ourselves a round of applause. (clapclapclapclapclap) Well done indeed!
Now, on to some news items.
There have been lots of new catbloggers posting in the past few weeks. Welcome all! Hopefully we've found all of you. If we missed you, please let us know. We have updated our sidebar links and, sadly, due to space limitations have decided to eliminate cats who haven't posted in the last 3 months. We understand you started out with good intentions, but we only have so much sidebar space! You know who you are and if you start posting again, we'll add you back.
For you new cats, I want to make you aware of groups open to new members. I see some of you already joined the Gorgeous Gingers, a fine group of orange or yellow cats, founded by Fat Eric.
Magoo, Smudge, Bella & Dolce offer The House Panthers for solid black cats and Attack of the Tabbies for all you tabbies out there.
Timothy Dickens runs The Tuxedo Gang, for any of you wearing tuxes.
I am the founder of Coats of Many Colors, a social group for bi, tri & solid color cats. We will be adding new members very soon.
Boni Maroni also runs Catnip Anonymous for those, like me, that have a little (OK, a big) problem with 'nip addiction, and yes, I am trying to overcome it.
Anyone interested in joining any of these groups should contact the administrator. You'll get an icon to add to your page.

I think Isis would like very much to join the Coats of Many Colors, but she might not fit your requirements since she is stinky and such.
Isis, we would love to have you as a member. I'm sure you smell ladylike, just as I do!

We sympathize about your sidebar issues. My mom made us so afraid we'll leave someone out, we haven't even put up our sidebar yet! It's hard work being a kitty blogger...
