Getting My Feather-Butts

MISTY

I thought I'd show you some pictures of me playing with my toys that Santa gave me. I already lost 3 of my feather-butt mousies. I think they're under the furniture and I can't reach them, so tonight I'm going to ask Dad to move the couches in the living room and the family room when he gets home from work.

He's always tired when he gets home from work, I know. But once he understands how important this is, I don't think he'll mind pushing the furniture around a bit so I can get my mousies, do you?

Speedy, my special guy, you're so big and muscular, maybe between you, George & Max you can all help Dad. Then we'll have lots of feather-butts to play with!

With all the help you are getting for him, your Dad will surely be glad to help you find your mousies.

Thanks for your sympathy over my "weekend of starvation" trauma. I'm just checking back into the blogosphere after spending 4 days eating non-stop to make up for it!

My Agent never moves the furniture. She says she's too weak, but in this case, I think "weak" means "lazy."

She takes cardboard poster tub and swipes on occasion.

No matter. Give us our mice, lady!

I think gathering up the mousies should be a daily requirement by the beans.

The last thing we want is our mom moving the furniture, because once that starts, there's no end. But when I remind her to find our toys, she uses a long stick. She always finds tons!

Oh yes. There are stashes of toys under the stove, the refrigerator, the dryer, the washer, the couch and chairs. But behind the entertainment center and the hutch is a black hole. We'll never get those toys back. Do you have any black holes at your house?

Wow! That PINK feather is very beautiful! I wish the toys would not run and hide under the furniture.

I sure understand your need for the fev-ver butt mousies. I like to push mine under the door in the hall closet. Yesterday the Lady gave me back a whole pile of them!
