Hanging Out in My Room
GEORGE
I got some disturbing news today. Well, it's disturbing for me anyway...probably no one else would care. Well, maybe Max would 'cause he's not a dog lover either.
Mom told me that Daisy & Shasta are coming tomorrow for a short visit. OK, what's a "short" visit in her mind...a few days? Compared to my definition of a short visit...a few seconds!
My Sister B and her husband T are going on a trip, so the dogs are coming here and Mom will take care of them. Why do I have to be bothered and my calm household, where I have everything just the way I want it, turned upside down just because B & T are going on a trip? What does their trip have to do with ME!
So I think I'll be hanging out downstairs in my relaxation room a lot the next few days to escape the dog commotion. If anyone wants to stop by, ring the front doorbell, come on in and then take a right at the utility room! I'll be downstairs napping.

Sorry....I know how much you don't like when the dogs come to visit. Hopefully it is only a few seconds, at most a few minutes.

Oh George, that's awful news! Hide all your toys!!
That relaxation room looks great! You are smart to hang out there while the woofies are around.
Hide the food and your toys!

Glad you have your room to escape to! Hope short means short at your house! At ours when dad says "I'll be right there" or "We'll go in a minute" it is usually an hour or more later!!
Oh dear! That is disturbing!
Woofies!
I've never met one up cwose before, but I'm sure that's not a good thing!
Make sure no one disturbs you in your wewaxation woom!
Can the dog just stay in the car? That seems an approproate place for a dog to me....
If not the car, the garage? A box in the backyard? Why do people insist on bringing them in the house where the cats are supposed to live in peace???
Hello Crew,
Stopping by to say, "Hello!"
Sorry to hear the doggies are on their way. One thing I do know about doggies: Keep them away from your litterbox!
-Bogdan, The Morning Scratch
(Kat 3 and Sara say hello, too!)
Take your toys with you into your relaxation room if you don't want doggie drool all over them. Some woofies can be fun to play with, but it's nice to have a place to escape to.
Dogs - eek! No wonder you're feeling a bit apprehensive. They smell and they're big and bouncy and they don't understand cats. Why humans like them I will never understand. FAZ
Yuck. Dogs are annoying. Thank heavens the ones that visit us are all chihuahuas...
can't your mom send them to the doggie spa? we think a box in the bakyard is also a good place for woofies. we'll be ofurr wif some ham to hang in your 'alaxashun room
You just really need to come and take me out on a date!
Dogs...pbbbbbffffft!
I know how you feel. The niece thingy is here all the time now since mommy
babysits here.I'm always hiding.I'd tell you to come visit yet there never a quiet moment here anymore(sigh)!!!
Oh no the woofies are coming. Tell your mum to keep them out of your room.
Tell yer 'beans this is unacceptable ~Merlin, Shadow, KO KO
I hope it isn't all TOO disturbing.
A dog! Hmmm... I don't know how I would like that, I've only met one, and that was from a distance.
The relaxation room looks like the way to go!
