Come On Over for Fort Wars!!

Well, I never dreamed showing my cushion fort would get so many responses from friends wanting to come over and play.
There are actually 2 stacks of cushions on each side of the kitchen table, so there are 2 forts!!! Capt. Jack & Dante, Marie and Jade asked if they could come over so I discussed it with Dad and he said I can have a few...(ahem) covers mouth with paw & whispers) hundred friends over. I decided to invite anyone who wants to play fort with us...girls too. There are plenty of hidey holes and the cushions are stacked 5 LAYERS HIGH so we can play King (or Queen) of the Mountain, too!!
Now, all we need are some paint balls and....
What's that Mom? Oh... no paint in the kitchen, huh. Darn.
(sigh) We'll need to find something else to bombard the other team's fort. What does everyone think? Kibbles? Feather-butt mousies? 'Nip? Oh wait, that wouldn't be good to throw 'nip around. Cats in both forts might 'nip out.
Well, I guess we can decide when you all get here. I'll tell Mom to put out some extra food and treats and make sure the litterboxes are clean.COME ON EVERYONE!!! The forts are ready! Bring your tents and feathers to use as flags.

That's like tent wars? Right? I never did one of those but I will come over and try.
Momma's bruddah sez paintball paint washes easy wif water an duznt dry on walls n stuffs. An its good fertilizer fur grass n plants, got lotsa night... nitr... plant food stuff in it.
Momma sawed a show on teevee where dey tried ta deckyrate da room wif paintball paint but da stuff wouldn't dry fer em. Dey ended up usin clear akrylik spray ofur da top ta get da splotchies ta stay putted.
Oh we are so there!! We will bring our yarn mousies and our Fat Cat mousies to use as fort missles! Do you think we could use treats as missles - pounce, whisker lickins and temptashions - we has them all! And guess what! If we bring em, when we are tired of playing attack forts we can have a picnic! PS - whoever is in our fort, we are bringing the nip too! We think that we can get the other fort to nip out and then we can win while they is all nipped!! Mommy says its called "chemical warfare" but we shall call is "nipical warfare"!Woohoo!!

We read about this while taking Eric and Flynn to visit Jake and Bathseba. All six of us will be there to play in the fort!!!!
Yea, I'll be rite there! I fink we should throw Temptations. That way, yur Mom won't know cuz we'll eat the evidence!

Hey, count me in. I love fort wars. I'll smear my fluff on everybody and hurl my orange rubber balls as missiles. SS's mother yarns would come in handy too but the old girl would flip if I do that. Did I hear 'nip'? Yeah, yeah, bring it along. I go crazy with those. Oh my, that just make my day!
