Bathing My Mousie

MOM

Misty, do you know how this feather-butt mousie got into the water bowl?

MISTY

Yes, I put him in there. I found him behind the TV cabinet and he was all fuzzy and smelled like dust so I decided to give him a bath.

MOM

But now he's all soggy! Well, the water needs changing anyway so we'll dry him off and then you can have him back.

MISTY

Just be patient, my precious feather-butt. We'll play again as soon as you're dry.

Misty,

My brother Bandit loves to bath his toys as well. He'll put as many as he can find in whatever water bowls he can find. It drives the rest of us kitties in the house crazy. The only time we can get a fresh drink of water is just after our mommy fills the water bowls for us. We think Bandit seceretly does this to make our mommy work hard, since she always has to go around emptying the bowls and filling them up with fresh water!

I just like to put my feet in the water, I'll have to try the mousies in there too. Does it make the water taste better?
