A Workout on My Scratcher

We got a new 'nip scented scratcher and I was the first to try it out!Ahhh...yes, very comfy. Despite my size, I fit nicely on the tray, don't you think? We extra-large Mancats appreciate a nice roomy tray while we're honing our claws to razor sharpness.
Now, I need to get to work. My claws aren't as sharp as I usually keep them 'cause the old scratcher was worn out.
And as a final touch, a little of my scent on the edges so the next visitor knows I was here. Yes, perfect!!
OK, I'm done. Who's next?

That looks like a very fine scratcher Max! I'm glad you gots your claws all sharpened up - you never know when you might need to use them.
We have NEVER seen such a contraption. Our parents deprive us of so much. Geez.

I think after all that work you did breaking it in and marking it, that mat should be yours! I love mine too! You'll have lotsa fun sharpening those mancat claws on it.

Oh wows! I's got a scratcher almost likes that. I has to share with the other two kittys here but its so big Shadow can put his fat butt on it and lay - he doesn't likes to share it once he get's on it.

I'd like to have one of those. I am getting rather bored of the door frames, couch, chair and rugs. Shade doesn't have claws so I would have it ALL to myself! You fit in it perfectly.
