MOM
But George, it's raining out. We can't have the windows open when it's raining.
GEORGE
I don't care about that. I need to see out!
MOM
Fine...here. I'll lower the storm window. See, it's raining.
GEORGE(munchmunch chewchew)
MOM
I thought you wanted to see out.
GEORGE
(slurp...munchmunch) What?
MOM
(lifts shade pull away from George) See out. You said you wanted to see out.
GEORGE
Oh, yeah. Hey, did you know it's raining?
MOM
I think what you really wanted was to be up there so you could chew on that shade pull!
GEORGEThat's totally not true, Mom. Um...can I have it back now?

Gee George, at my house you don't have to open the windows to see out of them. Your mum needs to get you some perches or something so you can sit in the window, without the window being open. Although open window is better.
