OK, I'm not going to take personal offense at this, but I'm sure everycat knows that we felines do far more than sleep all day!
Why, I'm so busy here and have so many responsibilities, I can barely get in a full 18 hours a day of shut-eye and have to rely on 3 siblings to be sure everything gets done. I'll tell you, it's just exhausting!

We agrees, it's tough to get all the stuff done that we need to get done (scratching furniture, chasing buggies, snoopervising da bean, etc.) *and* all the napping too! It's not as easy as it looks, being a cat...

You do know that cats live longer than your average dog...and we're prettier too! I think it's because cats get their beauty sleep and sleep also helps our bodies live longer :)
So much to do and not enough nap time!
I am also exhausted, the human de-haired the house today and I was busy re-distributing the hair evenly, they can't sleep in a hair free bed, can't they?
It certainly is tough to get things done, and Harlie and I have been working overtime packing and getting ready to move. We'll have you all over for a housewarming party soon!

We can so relate! And most humans do not realize how important sleep is and also what kind of a skill level a 20 hour sleep requires!!!!

hahahahaha. i know what you mean George. even though Billy doesn't sleep all that much, he doesn't werk when he's awake. he's all bout dancing and playplayplay and stuff and then I can't sleep and then Miles can't sleep and then NOTHING gets done around here until the mom is about to get home and then it's all RUSHRUSHRUSH.
