A Short Bug Story

MISTY

Mom hates it when bugs are in our house, so I try to help out whenever I find one and get rid of it before she sees it and freaks out.

Yesterday I found one in the kitchen so I WHAPPED it hard with my paw!! It flew up in the air and turned over on it's back so I played hockey with it for a few minutes.

After a while it wasn't moving any more so I ate it.

Momma says that I'm a good bug hunter too. We had ants really bad a few weeks ago and I was catching them, except for the one that was on my nose. That took me a bit longer to catch.

Great story!

Great bug patrol, Misty!

We have that job at our house, too. Don't ever try to eat a moth, you'll have moth dust in your furs for days!

We likes to play with bugs, too. But sometimes we let them get away. And sometimes Kirby brings one in from the garage.

Your mom is lucky to have such a clever bug hunter in the house, Misty.

I love chasing bugs too, but I haven't tried playing hockey with them. I'll try that next time.

Misty, you're hereby offered an open invitation to visit our house whenever you like. The human pet hates the bugs that enter into our house, and she is sure one more paw on the lookout is worth it!

Some of us like bugs too. Jeannie likes them so much she brings them in from the porch. No one eats them tho, Mom finds them on their backs, feets up and dead.

That was a great job you did with the bug. Mommy doesn't like it when I bring her live bugs. Nex time I'll try killing it first.

Bug hockey! hee hee

Mama calls me a PBK (Professional Bug Killer). If she sees a bug in the house, she'll grab me and put me right near it, so I can take care of business. hee hee

Love,
Tazo
