Spotting my Dad

GEORGE

Last night my Dad left on a business trip for the rest of the week. Naturally, as I expected he would, Dad put me in charge while he's gone. He said if I need help Max can help me, and that we have to take care of our sisters, the house and, of course, Mom.

I don't expect any problems. After all, I've been running this house for over 13 years now and nothing bad has ever happened.

But just so Mom doesn't worry, I need your help, too. If any of my friends living in Florida or Georgia see my Dad, please report back to me so I can let Mom know he's OK.

I think he should be easy to spot. Just look for the gray haired guy in a blue jacket. He's wearing glasses, has a black suitcase and smells like me.

Whenever my folks leave the house, they tell me "Now you're In Charge". I like it.

Sounds like it will be easy for people who see your Dad to identify him.

I am certain that the fact that he smells like you should make him stand out!

We haven't seen him but we are nowhere near there so that is why. We are sure some of the kitties down there will let you know they saw him right away!

And we are sure you will do a great job of being in charge while he is gone!

George, you look ready to take over for your Dad. We don't live in Georgia or Florida, but we will keep our noses open for a guy who smells like you anyway.

It sure looks like you dad has left things in competent paws while he's gone. Glogirly's a little near sighted so I don't think she'll be able to spot him all the way from Minneapolis. Have you considered a microchip?

Must be great for your Dad to know he can leave the house and never have to worry about a thing, because you will take care of everyone and everything.

Don't worry, George, if he is anywhere in our neighborhood, he won't be any problem to spot with that great description.

Your family is clearly in good hands while your Dad is away.

And with the detailed description your friends will have no problem reporting back if they see him ;-)
