Spotting my Dad
GEORGE
Last night my Dad left on a business trip for the rest of the week. Naturally, as I expected he would, Dad put me in charge while he's gone. He said if I need help Max can help me, and that we have to take care of our sisters, the house and, of course, Mom.
I don't expect any problems. After all, I've been running this house for over 13 years now and nothing bad has ever happened.
But just so Mom doesn't worry, I need your help, too. If any of my friends living in Florida or Georgia see my Dad, please report back to me so I can let Mom know he's OK.
I think he should be easy to spot. Just look for the gray haired guy in a blue jacket. He's wearing glasses, has a black suitcase and smells like me.

Of course everything will be fine with the handsomest of all cats in charge..That face says it all..
You have a very important job George and we know everything will be safe in your paws.
Whenever my folks leave the house, they tell me "Now you're In Charge". I like it.
Sounds like it will be easy for people who see your Dad to identify him.
I am certain that the fact that he smells like you should make him stand out!
It's the smell that will tip us off!
We haven't seen him but we are nowhere near there so that is why. We are sure some of the kitties down there will let you know they saw him right away!
And we are sure you will do a great job of being in charge while he is gone!
Your going to do just fine! I bet your Dad will miss you all terribly though, but he will come back in good health
We know you'll do a great job of taking care of things.
Everything will be fine with you in charge, George!
George, you look ready to take over for your Dad. We don't live in Georgia or Florida, but we will keep our noses open for a guy who smells like you anyway.
Where in the world is George's dad? We need a tracker!
Nope, we don't live there...but at least you've got an All-Paws-Bulletin out!
It sure looks like you dad has left things in competent paws while he's gone. Glogirly's a little near sighted so I don't think she'll be able to spot him all the way from Minneapolis. Have you considered a microchip?

Sadie sez yoo should micro-chip yoor dad just in case he ever gets losted. We know things are in good paws wif yoo but Speedy is volunteering to come over and keep and eye on Misty fur yoo...just to make it easier *snicker*...
You are the man of the house and we know you are doing a good job.
Must be great for your Dad to know he can leave the house and never have to worry about a thing, because you will take care of everyone and everything.
George, we know you are up to the task that your daddy has left you with. Your mom must feel so safe!
Your house is in good paws with you in charge, George! We hope some cat reports back that your dad is fine.
Purrs and hugs,
The Kitty Krew
He should be easy to spot.
Your Mama is sooo lucky to have you in charge while your Daddy is away. I'm sure your Daddy feels good about it too as he will know everything is under control. Sorry i cannot help with updates on your dad as me and my 2 mancats live in NYC but we are sure all will be well!
Isn't it nice to be in charge?
Don't worry, George, if he is anywhere in our neighborhood, he won't be any problem to spot with that great description.
George, You are such a big help to your dad and family! Tuesday till Friday seems like a long time but doing all of the work at home for your dad should make the week go fast!
You gots big responsibilities George just likes me but it sounds likes your daddy left da house in very capable paws! I hopes your daddy is back before you knows it.
