In case any of you are nearing retirement age, here is a guide to some career moves you might want to consider. 

If you recall, I retired a few years ago and have been spending my retirement doing consulting and concentrating on my water art.  So much so, in fact, Mom complains about stepping in my projects every morning when she walks into the kitchen.   We artists are so under appreciated.
